The CW’s “Supernatural” has been a considerable presence at San Diego Comic-Con since 2007. In summer 2010, series stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles return for the first time since 2008. They’ll be joined by co-stars Misha Collins and Jim Beaver, as well as executive producers Eric Kripke, Ben Edlund, and new showrunner Sera Gamble to discuss the upcoming Season 6.

Fans who attend the panel are sure to be in for a treat. In the past, the “Supernatural” presentation has featured the previous season’s gag reel, a surprise invasion by the cast of the “Ghostfacers” web series spin-off, and in 2008, fans watched a sneak preview of the first few minutes of the Season 4 premiere.

There’s no word yet on what Warner Bros has up their sleeves this year, but we’d expect some surprises.

“Supernatural” is currently filming Season 6 in Vancouver. The first episode, “Exile on Main Street,” will premiere this fall in the series’ new Friday at 9 p.m. ET timeslot. Ackles makes his directorial debut on the fourth episode of the season. (Source)
